Rooms and Facilities

The home is arranged on two floors. The upper floor being served by a passenger lift. Upstairs are 6 single, and 1 shared bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, each being individually decorated and furnished. The two bathrooms are also on this floor. One bathroom has a bath hoist to enable the person to get into and out of the bath with ease. The second bathroom has a specialised bath that can tilt so the person can sit and have a shower or recline to have a bath.

Downstairs are 4 more single bedrooms with only one having en-suite. There are communal toilets if residents prefer not to use their own facilities when downstairs.

There are two large lounges and the dining room. All these rooms are light and airy and overlook the private garden at the rear of the home.

The home has digital TV in all the bedrooms and lounges and music is played at mealtimes in the dining room.

The home has ramps to allow wheelchair access.

All the bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and communal areas are fitted with a call system so that staff assistance can be obtained easily.
